Welcome to my little town ! Landrecies is the
center of a tiny French canton, and has a population of about 3,900. It is
located in the northernmost department of the country, in a beautiful and green region called the Avesnois. Landrecies, surrounded by the Mormal forest
and the Sambre river, offers both a gorgeous living environment and a
picturesque way of life.

The aim of my site is to put emphasis on the
most interesting features of Landrecies, which are too often overlooked by local
tourist guides. The long history of the town, as well as an extended photo
gallery and some practical information for tourists are here to incite you to
learn more about Landrecies and its surroundings and, why not, to pay us a visit
